  • All instruments meet international dental tool specifications.

4. Surface Finishing & Polishing

  • Surface treatment is done using passivation and polishing techniques to improve durability and resist rust.

5. Functionality Testing

  • Scissors, forceps, pliers, and other moving parts are individually tested for smooth motion and spring action.

  • Cutting instruments are tested for sharpness and clean performance.

6. Sterility & Cleanliness

  • Products undergo ultrasonic cleaning and are packed in controlled environments.

  • Optional EO or Gamma Sterilization for specific products, upon client request.
